These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jli7 platform and all services offered through jli7.org. By creating an account or using jli7 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before registering.
All jli7 accounts are restricted to persons aged 21 and above under PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory before any real-money game access. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be suspended and any deposits refunded.
jli7 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation. These Terms & Conditions are consistent with PAGCOR's licensing requirements and applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming.
Each individual is permitted to hold one active jli7 account. Operating multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR.
jli7 holds player funds separately from operational funds as required by its PAGCOR license. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected and accessible for withdrawal irrespective of jli7's operational finances.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jli7 ("jli7," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jli7.org. By accessing the jli7 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered through jli7, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to comply with them.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To open a jli7 account, you must:

Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include the UMID, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, and Passport. jli7 may request additional supporting documents where primary identification is insufficient for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal restrictions on the account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jli7 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jli7 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify jli7 immediately via the support channels listed in Section 15. jli7 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
You are required to ensure that all personal information associated with your jli7 account remains accurate and current. Any change to your legal name, residential address, mobile number, or bank account details must be reported to jli7 support. Accounts containing materially false or outdated information may be suspended pending verification.
Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active jli7 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jli7 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where multiple accounts are identified.
Your jli7 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, access games, or conduct financial transactions. jli7 may suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion that it is being operated by a party other than the registered account holder.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the jli7 account holder. Third-party deposits — funds sent from a payment account not belonging to the registered player — are strictly prohibited. jli7 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to suspend accounts where third-party deposits are suspected.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player Account must have completed KYC identity verification; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified account balance net of any active bonus wagering requirements; (c) withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible; and (d) jli7 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
jli7 aims to process e-wallet withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking business day. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on jli7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.
Each game available on jli7 is governed by specific rules published within the game interface or the jli7 help section. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the specific game.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game round — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — jli7 will investigate the incident and determine the correct outcome to the extent technically possible. jli7 reserves the right to void game rounds affected by verified technical malfunctions and to refund associated wagers to the Player's account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jli7 platform:
jli7 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from prohibited conduct, suspend or terminate the associated account, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
jli7 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin allocations. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion, which are published at the time of the offer.
Bonus funds credited to a Player Account are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, only wagers placed on eligible game categories count toward satisfying wagering requirements — certain game types including certain table games and live casino titles may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate.
Important: Where a Player Account holds both real-money funds and bonus funds simultaneously, wagers will draw from real-money funds first. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them remain subject to wagering requirements until the full requirement is met.
jli7 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer. Players found to have created multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly, or who are identified as engaging in bonus abuse, will have all bonus balances voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met within that period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
jli7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jli7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jli7 content without the express prior written consent of jli7.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jli7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunities resulting from system downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
jli7's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by jli7's negligence.
The jli7 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While jli7 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, jli7 does not warrant uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any period of downtime resulting from scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond jli7's reasonable control.
jli7 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to a Player Account, without prior notice, where jli7 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes; (c) the account holder may be under 21 years of age; (d) the account activity indicates a potential anti-money laundering concern requiring investigation; or (e) jli7 is required to do so by PAGCOR or a Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
During a suspension period, jli7 will investigate the relevant circumstances and notify the account holder of its findings and the outcome of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jli7 support. Upon receiving a closure request, jli7 will process any remaining real-money balance net of applicable deductions to the player's verified withdrawal method. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements or pending investigations may have withdrawal processing deferred pending resolution.
Upon termination of a Player Account — whether initiated by jli7 or the player — any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances net of any applicable deductions will be returned to the player via their verified payment method. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to the termination date.
jli7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). By creating a jli7 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jli7 implements technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. jli7 will not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with PAGCOR, Philippine government authorities, and licensed service providers where required by law or necessary for platform operation.
jli7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will be prominently notified on the jli7 website, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the jli7 platform and may request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of jli7, you are encouraged to first contact jli7 support to seek an informal resolution. If an informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of submitting your complaint, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution process, as jli7 is a PAGCOR-licensed operator subject to PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
Any dispute not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
